While the previous website is no longer active, the peer support community lives on Mighty Networks and is free to join, no credit card required.

Free membership includes:

Foundation Health is a multidisciplinary healthcare organization offering family medicine, pediatrics, internal medicine, geriatrics, and specialized care in Canada. We don’t have physicians who specialize in Long COVID specifically, but if you’re looking for a family doctor or another area of care, we can help. Our clinics are located in and around Toronto, Ontario. We also offer virtual care services.
